• Steering head and box-section swing arm utilize tapered roller bearings for strength and durability
• Interconnected triple-disc braking system has ventilated front discs for superior performance

• Hondaline type III AM/FM stereo radio with auto-reverse cassette player features PLL synthesizer, auto volume control (utilizing speed information to increase or decrease volume and change tone characteristics), ambience controller (to increase stereo separation effect of cassette player) and handlebar-mounted automatic signal-seeking tuning control and mute-sound control. Four-speaker system with balancer/fader control uses two fairing-mounted front speakers and two travel trunk-mounted rear speakers. Rider-passenger intercom system.
